The fashion guru created the look for her special day by styling a simple cream cashmere sweater with scattered ostrich feathers and chic white shorts with a full tulle skirt overlay that cinched at the waist in layers of satin and silk and featured a high slit in the front with floral details along the hem. Her hair and makeup were kept easy and sophisticated as her hair was pulled back and up in her signature centered-part pony-tail and natural-looking makeup provided a soft romantic touch complimenting the simplicity of the day itself.”
Kim Kardashian looked absolutely beautiful in a custom-made, haute couture creation by the couple’s close friend, Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci
Riccardo Tisci, the creative director of Givenchy, who designed Kim’s wedding dress also created for Ricci, a stunning and sophisticated gown with sheer, lace sleeves and cutouts at the shoulders to add enough flare to a delicate, ethereal look. The dress was comprised of white silk tulle, Chantilly lace, embroidered pearls, and satin. The lighting in one photo captured the Addams Family star’s gorgeous, sheer, lace veil that cascaded from her side bun to her legs. Hmmmm…it seems Tisci is an icon for celebrity wedding gowns.
We had to feature Nigerian celebrities on this list, especially those ones who stunned us all. One of the many others that would still feature on this list is our own dear Steph. Clarkson’s Temperley Bridal “Jessamine” wedding dress had clean lines that skimmed her shape. Though the dress was modest, deep V necklines at the front and back framed her face and highlighted her blonde updo, which was accented by a jeweled Maria Elena headpiece.

Ideal for an afternoon or an evening wedding, it also suits many body types; elongating on small women and extremely flattering on full body shapes,” says Vera, the designer.
Singer (and mother-to-be at that time) Alicia Keys glided down the aisle in an ivory silk, Grecian-inspired gown designed by Wang for her Mediterranean wedding to mega-producer Swizz Beatz. The Grammy winner set off the jewel detail on her back shoulder with crystal-encrusted flat sandals — an elegant headband and a bouquet of purple calla lillies completed her modern goddess look.
Popular PR Guru Vanessa Amadi got married to her beau Oki on Saturday, the 28th of September 2013 in a mermaid silhouette ‘Gemma’ dress by Vera Wang. It pleases our eyes to see that she accentuated her waist with a crystal sash and can’t get over her long tulle veil. Aren’t you wowed by this?
