The perfect time to say I LOVE YOU for the first time, is three months into a relationship!
Now wait. Before you crucify me, this is not from me. It is according to a survey of 2,000 women in the United Kingdom (Nigerians can have their own survey by dropping their comments in the box below this article). You will have your opinion about when to say I LOVE YOU after reading this article.
Looking into the result of the survey, it was revealed that five months in, women would want their other half to meet the parents, and getting engaged less than three years after the first date.
Of those surveyed, it was discovered that women thought couples should move in together almost two years, and start a family within two years of marriage.
And 39 per cent of women would get a dog with their other half to test the waters for real commitment.
‘’But in the end, so long as both parties are happy, it can be just as fun to enjoy the ride.’’
Have a sneak peek into what the survey results drew as a timeline for lovers from the first date. You can test this to see if it works for you. (I hope this works for a Nigerian, lol)
