Organizers of OYA Awards have announced the return of the event for another edition in November 2016.

OYA AWARDS is an event which aims to recognize young people in various sectors of the economy who are adding value and contributing to the growth of Nigeria.

The maiden edition of OYA AWARDS was held in July 2015 to recognize outstanding students of Obafemi Awolowo University for their excellence in different fields.

The event also honoured well known personalities like Muyideen Oladapo (Lala), Chude Jideonwo, Debola Williams of Red Media; and CEO Glory Suites, Mr Tomi Orioke for their contributions towards inspiring and empowering the younger generation and also serving as a role model to thousands of youth across the country.

The 2016 edition however promises to be bigger as the scope has been broadened to embrace young people from all sectors and all parts of the country.

The stipulated time and venue for the event will be revealed in earnest.
